Less than a year ago my A1C (sugars)number was 15.4… that’s crazy high … it should be around 6. My doctor put me on a pretty high dose of insulin…. I was shaken by the news but asked for the elders to lay hands on me asking for Christ’s healing touch.
I am elated to share that as of a week ago I no longer am taking a shot of insulin…… He truly is the Great Physician….!!
Psalm 116:1 & 2 Chuck Wolf is undergoing cancer treatments and now has pneumonia. Please pray for him to seek Jesus and believe in Him. Please pray for his recovery.

El Chico’s Café owner’s and family need our prayers. Their young daughter was recently hit by a car. She is currently in critical condition at UT hospital, and her family is facing an incredibly difficult time. Please pray for the Lucero family. “We desperately need to find a new place to live and would really appreciate a few prayers for that thank you and God bless you all.” Please be in prayer for my uncle as he visits China for 3 weeks. Prayers for his safety as he is going alone and he has never traveled this far away. Please pray for Julian who is serving in Cumberland, Kentucky this summer with our Shoreline partner Club 180.
Please pray that the Lord would use him to make an eternal impact on the lives of the children there.
Please pray that he will continue to draw near to the Lord and that he will serve out of the overflow of spending time with Him.

Update 7/18/2026: “We welcomed more than 80 children to VBS, where they learned about Jesus and were loved and served by over 40 volunteers from Christ Fellowship and First Baptist of Sevierville (my home church).
We’re especially encouraged that several children expressed a desire to learn more about following Jesus and about baptism”

Please pray it is not cancerous but if it is that it would all be removed with surgery. Pray for healing and no complications. Pray for my wife and I as we are struggling financially right now. Pray that we can get some of the stress off of us financially. With the 2 government shutdowns in the same year, it’s caused a lot of financial debt that we have been trying to climb out of, it just feels like when we are on the up and up, something happens and causes us to fall down further. We just need prayer as it’s been difficult recently. Update 7/21/2026: God is planting churches in Boston! “We volunteered at the Foster Closet which collects toys, clothes, baby items for any family in need. Just seeing the impact made on these family’s lives and seeing the kids faces light up when they saw the abundance of toys we set up, was truly amazing.”

Lastly for those fundraising that people would have on their heart to join us in mission and help sending us out there! The Prairie and Spurgeon Families will be going to the UK with Shoreline Missions to work with our ministry partners there, please pray for safe travels, divine appointments, and for the gospel to reach the hearts of the families. In addition to wisdom for the team to help support and honor the mission and vision of Shoreline for family-focused mission opportunities. Our son, Kyle, lost two college friends (one who was a dear friend to us) in a tragic accident this past weekend. They were followers of our Lord Jesus Christ and actively led others to Him. Services for each are over the next 4-days. Pray for the families (one was recently married); all of the many friends and teammates that are dealing with the sudden loss (including Kyle and us); and those they were discipling and coaching. Update 7/15/2026: Prayers Answered!

6/10/2026 This camp ministers to TN foster children. Please pray for wisdom and discernment as we finalize our volunteers and their roles to serve at camp. Please pray each volunteer is spiritually prepared to serve and that any schemes against them will not prosper. Please pray for the hearts of each camper to be prepared to receive the love of Christ through the volunteers and that any barriers to prevent them from coming to camp be removed.
Very specifically, we have twins registered to come to camp that have 2 siblings they would love to reunite with at camp.
Thank you soooo much for your prayers! Please pray that each of my family members would seek God’s guidance in healing of fractured relationships. Pray their love for one another will prevail and those needing to give and receive forgiveness will be moved by the Spirit to do so. Update 7/16/2026: Sarah is dealing with all the real life issues that have to be dealt with in the death of a spouse. She is scheduled to return to work in a few weeks and her girls will start school around the same time. Please continue to pray!
I know that the prayers are felt and appreciated.
I have an urgent prayer request. A coworker of mine that lives in Jackson, TN received a knock on her door this morning that we all shudder to think about getting. Her name is Sarah. Her husband passed away this morning sometime around 10:00.
Sarah has been through cancer. Her dad passed away two months ago after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. And now this tragedy. Please pray for her and her two girls.

Please pray for Davis & Emilie as they visit in England. It is Emilie’s first trip to the area. Prayers for clarity and unity regarding housing and specific ministry responsibilities. My two daughters are involved in a high control Bible study group and has cut off contact with all family and friends for a year and a half. The leader is married to my daughter. Many of the previous members have left the group and are healing from the spiritual abuse. Please pray that my daughters will recognize the abuse and have the courage to leave.
